Our products are live plants, hence the returned products mostly come back to us in an unusable condition. Therefore, we accept returns only in accordance with solid reasons. We will accept returns in the following cases:

1. If you receive a wrong order.
2. If the plant/s are dead on arrival.

To initiate a return, please write to us at gardenmaster.in@gmail.com with an unboxing video for proof. This helps us verify the issue and process your return accordingly.

Refunds will be processed within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method.
