  • Orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for processing. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 hours.
  1. Delivery Address
  • Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  1. Delivery Issues

4.1 Damaged Packages:

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at byplants.in@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until we complete our investigation.

4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

  • Some plants may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
